The Snag Lab was founded with a clear purpose — to raise the standard of property inspection and handover reporting in Accra's growing residential market. As the city's luxury and new-build residential sector has expanded, so too has the need for independent, professional and technically rigorous snagging services.
Too often, defects are missed, overlooked or inadequately documented at the point of handover — leaving homeowners, investors and property managers to deal with the consequences long after occupation. We founded The Snag Lab to change that.
